1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ug77 ("ug77," "we," "us," "the Company") governing your access to and use of the ug77 online gaming platform accessible at ug77.one and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the ug77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ug77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

ug77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances obtained in breach of these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ug77 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ug77 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify ug77 support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform.

ug77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is associated with fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

4. Deposits

ug77 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice.

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallet payment methods (GCash, Maya) unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• ug77 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• ug77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds, as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Deposits made in error or duplicate deposits may be refunded at ug77's discretion, subject to verification.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before ug77 processes a player's first withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of the payment method.
• ug77 targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted before the daily operational cutoff. Platinum and Diamond VIP tier members receive priority processing.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold during investigations into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• ug77 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider, including bank processing times for bank transfer withdrawals.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ug77 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP program benefits at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• ug77 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time for operational or compliance reasons.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, using prohibited software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• VIP Program cashback is calculated on net wager volume across all game categories within the applicable calendar month and credited in accordance with the VIP tier schedule in effect at the time of calculation.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the ug77 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited by approved third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by ug77, the game provider, or any external party.

Each game's rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentage, and paytable are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before placing wagers. ug77 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand game mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, ug77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. ug77's decision on the outcome of disputed game rounds is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug77 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any form of fraud in connection with deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity or age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by PAGCOR regulations.

9. Responsible Gaming

ug77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their account settings. These tools are available to all registered accounts at no charge.

Players who wish to take a temporary break may activate a Cooling-Off period of between 24 hours and 6 months via account settings. Players who require a permanent break may request Self-Exclusion, which will prevent access to the Platform for the selected period or permanently.

ug77 will not send promotional communications to any Player who has activated self-exclusion. Requests for self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours of submission.

10. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of ug77.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ug77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by Players based on information provided on the Platform, including game RTP data, promotional terms, or any general content.

ug77's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Player's use of the ug77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ug77's internal customer support escalation process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or where applicable, to mediation or arbitration proceedings as directed by PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.

PAGCOR's regulatory authority over ug77's operations is acknowledged and respected. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
